The Brief:
Optimise the website user experience to improve direct performance
Tyndrum Holiday Park needed a website redesign that improved user experience (UX) and conversion rates to increase direct bookings. They also aimed to better showcase their stunning scenery to potential guests.
02
The Solution
The team Atomic strategy
We looked at the current conversion rates and set out an objective to significantly improve the user experience for guests who want to book direct.
Atomic undertook a complete website redesign for Tyndrum Holiday Park, focusing on enhancing UX and CRO. We collaborated with their park management software (PMS) to integrate availability widgets for a smooth booking process. To highlight the park’s beauty, we implemented video-led pages, providing users with a rich visual experience. We also strategically placed search bars and booking buttons to ensure a user-friendly journey, driving more direct bookings.

The Results
Loyal customers who now prefer to come direct
Post-redesign, Tyndrum Holiday Park experienced a 41.5% increase in direct bookings month on month. We were able to easily report on this with ParkSpark. The enhanced functionality and visual appeal of the website created a more engaging experience for visitors, directly boosting booking numbers.
