The Brief:

Relaunch paid media from a standing start, drive sales quickly and keep CAC at £30 or below.

AYM is a women’s fashion brand specialising in dresses, with a strong organic presence and loyal customer base. However, the brand hadn’t been running paid advertising for a significant period.

When AYM approached Atomic in September 2025, the business needed to move a high volume of inventory ahead of the Q4 season. Organic channels alone weren’t generating the volume or speed of sales needed, creating a clear need to relaunch paid activity quickly.

The challenge was to:

  • relaunch paid advertising across meta and google from a standing start
  • drive a significant increase in sales volume quickly
  • maintain a CAC of £30 or less

The Solution

Enter Scaling Style…

Meta and Google launched from scratch, with creative tested quickly and spend scaled into the campaigns delivering the strongest returns.

Atomic launched paid campaigns across Meta and Google simultaneously in September 2025, building the account structure from the ground up.

The strategy was designed to gather conversion data quickly and optimise towards purchase performance as signals came in. This gave the team the data needed to continually refine performance and scale spend into the strongest performing areas.

Our approach included:

  • launching meta and google campaigns simultaneously to maximise reach and capture both discovery-led and intent-led purchase behaviour
  • building a campaign structure aligned to AYM’s Shopify product catalogue
  • testing creative rapidly during the early weeks to identify what resonated with the AYM audience
  • optimising bidding, audiences and budgets as conversion data accumulated
  • scaling spend into the channels and campaigns demonstrating the strongest returns
  • increasing investment ahead of the November peak trading period

The Results

From a standing start in September 2025, Meta and Google generated £1,088,748 in attributed revenue from £95,432 in advertising spend over eight months, delivering an 11.41x blended ROAS. The campaigns generated 5,068 orders and delivered a blended CAC of £18.83, 37% below AYM’s £30 target, turning paid media into a significant new revenue channel for the business.
